Therese has over 20 years of diverse commercial and residential experience.  Therese has been active not only on the central coast, hometown roots, but throughout the West Coast including Seattle Washington. Therese has executed transactions over 800,000SF across the West Coast, while 300,000SF resides in her backyard of downtown San Luis Obispo.  To know Therese is to know that her motto is “People First”, this plays host to family, friends and in her professional sphere of clients.  Therese has a cutting-edge style that crosses many avenues of the real estate business.

While Real Estate is now Therese’s passion, her career started after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, FIDM.  The start of her career was in Department store Executive Management.  After relocating to the Central Coast, she landed her retail dream job as the Director of Merchandising for Copeland Sports which then created the lane for her Real Estate career.

Therese is a proud Mom to a daughter who is living her best life in Boston!  Activities of choice are a “wanna be rock star” playing music with the best of friends and family on the bluffs of Shell Beach or at a random open mic.  Paddle boarding and hiking are also a huge passion……
